Floor Preparation

Preparation is everything when it comes to a professional floor installation. A solid, smooth and level sub floor is essential to provide the perfect base for new carpets, LVT, vinyl, hardwood or laminate flooring solutions.

Through years of commercial experience, our experts know what is required. Depending on circumstances, we offer:

  • Priming before latex screed for all different sub-floors, including wood, concrete, porous and non-porous.
  • Latex screed for all flooring solutions; concrete, deep fill using granolithic chips, flexible over wood, over bitumen, encapsulating asbestos tiles. We use fast track quick drying products.
  • Liquid damp proof membranes using F Ball Stopgap F77 - a solvent free two-part epoxy resin system which cures to provide a waterproof surface membrane.
  • 6mm plywood - pinned, screwed or stuck depending on requirements.
  • Hardboard - pinned or screwed.
  • Carpet underlays - felt, rubber, polyurethane and Durafit stick-down solutions.
  • Gripper fixings for carpets.
  • All types of laminate underlay.

Carpet Fitting

We install all types of carpet and accessories.

  • Traditional fit carpet.
  • Durafit carpet.
  • Carpet tiles.
  • Healthcare gel back carpet.
  • Education cord carpet.
  • Stair runners, including whipping, binding, rods and eyes supplied and fitted.

Vinyl Floor Installation

We install all Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVTs) including parquet, design work, body and border, feature strips and feature borders.

We install traditional (cushion floor) vinyl.

Contract Vinyl Installation

We install smooth vinyl, safety floors, cap and cove work, design vinyl and logos.

Flooring Extras

All door trims, clip tops, ramp edge, curve trims and all threshold solutions. Entrance mats and metal entrance mats. Carpet whipping and binding service.
