Carpets and IVC Luxury Vinyl Tiles, Rainham

RM2 Flooring Centre supplied and fitted a combination of IVC 40 Brio Oak Luxury Vinyl Tiles and Lano Sweet Elegance carpet in a Slate colour scheme for this household in Rainham, Essex

The job involved the lifting and disposal of the old carpets, gripper fixings and underlay and threshold trims throughout the property.

We supplied and fitted new good quality underlay and sliver door threshold trims in the lounge, stairs and landing and supplied and fitted Lano 'Sweet Elegance' carpet in a slate colour.

In the hallway and dining room, we had to prime and latex screed the sub-floor using F Ball Stopgap 1200 latex and had to level the sub-floor in the dining room to account for a height difference in the floor levels.

Having prepared the floors, we supplied and fitted IVC 40 'Brio Oak' luxury vinyl tiles which included a 1 tile border, black feature strip and the body of flooring was laid at 45 degrees.
