Amtico Signature LVT Flooring, Chelmsford, Essex

RM2 Flooring Centre supplied and fitted Amtico Signature 'Classic Oak' Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring in a property in Chelmsford.

First, we applied a high performance, one coat painted damp proof membrane to the existing sub-floor which was then primed and a latex screed was applied over the damp proof membrane.

We supplied and fitted the Amtico Signature 'Classic Oak' LVT flooring which is a part of a series of 188 best designs from the house of Amtico. It features a very realistic and authentic look, which is often mistaken for real hardwood.

This floor includes a 1mm thick wear layer, and has a BREEAM rating of A+. It is highly durable and very affordable, able to withstand the highest levels of foot traffic.

Once installed, we cleaned and sealed the floor with Amtico maintainer.
